The Indie Press Pavilion provides discounted exhibition space for independent presses inside the “Indie Press Pavilion.” Set up like a bookstore with kiosks and shelving units, librarians can browse your titles in a fluid space with other indie press titles. WHAT TO KNOW

You’ll register with the ALA / HEI conference organizers using the Sign-up Form

• Send your form and registration questions to ala@heiexpo.com

• cc IPC at info@indiepubs.org so we can help track your request

Almost everything you need will be in the Exhibitor Manual.

We also have a step-by-step IPC Pavilion Guide.

• Each IPC press will be entered into the GES system with its own booth number so you can get badges, pay freight, etc. 

• Specifications of the signs created by ALA:

  • Kiosks – 60 11/16”x12”

  • Shelving Units – 38 1/8”x12”

• Other opportunities for engagement at the conference

  • Sign-up to have an author signing at the Pavilion

  • Indie Press Mixer for IPC and PubWest members
